DATA BRIDGE CONSULTING
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-31
This policy explains how Data Bridge collects, uses and protects the personal data you share when you contact us through this website (databridgeconsulting.io), in particular through the “Get a demo” form or by writing to us directly.
1. Who we are
For the purposes of UK and EU data protection law, the controller of personal data collected through this website is Data Bridge Intelligence Ltd (registered in the United Kingdom). Our affiliated entity, Data Bridge Consulting Ltd (Hong Kong), supports Asia-related engagements.
- Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ
- Contact: info@databridgeconsulting.io
2. What we collect
When you submit the “Get a demo” form, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- your name, work email, company name and role (optional);
- the area of interest you select and the workflow or problem you describe;
- your consent, and the time of submission.
For security and abuse-prevention purposes our server also records limited technical data, such as the IP address of a request (used to rate-limit submissions) and standard server logs. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry — to understand your need, arrange follow-up and reply to you. Our lawful basis is the consent you give on submission, together with our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated. Technical logs rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
4. Storage and sharing
We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing beyond this enquiry. Data is stored in our own application systems and processed on our behalf by our infrastructure providers (website hosting and content delivery) acting as data processors. Because we operate in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, your data may be transferred between the two; such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted. Our current retention period is 24 months.
6. Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@databridgeconsulting.io.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO, ico.org.uk).
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top.
